We offer a high-tech comprehensive service of vacuum metallization and varnishing for such plastic materials like ABS, PP, PET, POLIAMID, PS. We address our offer to manufacturers of automotive items, cosmetics, fancy goods, toys, furniture fittings, Christmas tree decorations, shoe and leathercraft items, food items, wheels for carriages, coffin accessories, frames for license plates etc. The coating is possible in many variations − with gloss, lusterless or nacreous and in any chosen color according to individual orders of the Customer.

An important advantage of the metallization process is the total resistance against corrosion. No galvanic cells between the coating and the surface appear even after a damage of the coating.

UV lacquering

We have at our disposal a high-tech operational line system for vacuum metallization and for coating by use of UV varnishes. Our offer is addressed to a number of industries such as manufacturing of furniture, motor industry, cosmetic, chemical, food and toy industries. The technology in question is well-suited also for adding decorations to various packages, fancy goods made of plastic materials, glass or metal. The coating is possible in many variations: metallic sheen, lusterless, nacreous in a wide range of colors, but also transparent according to specific wishes of Customers. A high-tech production line is used for the above-said lacquering.
